The Challenge
Allianz Stadium, Twickenham is the iconic home of England rugby, hosting some of the biggest fixtures in international rugby. The venue requires a reliable and secure payment system that can handle the high volume of transactions at major events.
Having transformed the venue to card-only in 2018, we worked with Twickenham Experience Limited (TEL) to expand our footprint and lead the deployment of payment solutions across the entire site.
The Approach
We collaborated closely with TEL to expand our payment solutions into hospitality areas, merchandise outlets, and the World of Rugby Museum. This created a reliable, secure and consistent payment experience for fans throughout the stadium.
The rollout included strategic connectivity placement across the site, installation, and deployment of industry-leading hardware. This included EPOS tills, integrated card terminals, mobile POS, self-serve payment solutions, and an e-commerce gateway resulting in a fully managed solution.
During every major fixture at Allianz Stadium, we provide a multi-skilled helpdesk team onsite and a SLA of 100% uptime during peak trading hours to provide peace of mind to the client.

End-to-end payment solutions rolled out across all public concessions, hospitality areas, and general admission bars.
E-commerce gateway solution deployed for hospitality experience tickets and customer-not-present transactions.
