Yes, FEP PAY offers its customers the ability to control the aesthetics of the checkout design and/or mobile app flows with a set of robust APIs and a mobile SDK. Additionally, we help customers mitigate their PCI data security risks by leveraging our hosted payment fields embedded within a customer’s own checkout or outsource the capture of payment transactional data to a FEP PAY hosted payment checkout.
How can I ensure my card payments are secure?
FEP PAY is certified to Level 1 PCI Data Security Standards as a payment service provider; this means we treat the integrity of all card and personal data seriously and to the highest standards. We can help your business mitigate risks by outsourcing data capture, transmission and processing to FEP PAY’s hosted payment checkout, online payment gateway, virtual terminal screens and secure payment links and via our peer-to-peer encryption in our card terminals.
How can you help me protect my business against fraud?
FEP PAY’s online payment gateway has 3 levels of fraud screening including 3D Secure, 2-factor authentication (usually by the customer’s card issuer) or via verification of the customer’s bank account.
Customer Present payments can be verified via Chip & PIN.
How can you help me recognise a customer wherever they engage with my business?
That’s simple. FEP PAY securely tokenise cardholder data which means we can identify and connect the dots to returning customers using the same card.
How can you help me shorten my queues?
There are so many ways we can help your business reduce customer queues in-person and on your website. Self-service kiosks are a great way to queue-bust! Enabling contactless payments and in-app payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay can quicken customer present queries, and in-app payments can also be accepted online. Businesses that require subscription billing can securely exchange customer’s card payment details for token IDs which can be used to make recurring payments or to shortcut checkouts for returning customers.

How do your card payment terminals connect to the internet?
FEP PAY terminals connect to the internet to authorise and capture card payments via a variety of methods depending on your sales environment including 4G, WiFi, Starlink and IP Ethernet wired connection. We can also supply you with the SIM card and take care of your network connectivity.
How quickly can I accept card payments if I say yes today?
Providing you send us all the information we need to complete your merchant account application and sign our order form for customer present and/or customer not present payments services, we can issue your payment credentials and equipment in ~ 5 working days.
I already have a merchant account but I like the idea of switching to FEP PAY, how can you help me?
FEP PAY welcomes new customers every day and it’s not surprising these businesses already have existing merchant accounts (MIDs) and/or payment systems, card machines. We take the hassle of the switch over to FEP PAY for you. Contact our payment specialists who will help be happy to assist you.
I am hosting a large-scale event and I would like some support onsite during the event which is outside of normal work hours and over the weekend.
You are in luck because FEP PAY’s specialist engineering team have 5 decades of experience in supporting customers on site and off site, often working long hours and at weekends. FEP PAY’s engineers are equipped with knowledge and know-how to connect card terminals to internet and power sources and set up and configure your card payment terminals to your needs. I don’t have an EPOS system, can you help me?
Yes, FEP PAY works with a number of third party Electronic Point of Sale systems and can help you source the right solution for your business.
Is your support service a chatbot?
No, you will get to speak to or email human beings who are experienced in payments and happy to assist you 7 days a week 8am to 10pm. If your business requires longer supporting hours than this, you can opt for our global 24/7 support.
What card types do you accept?
FEP PAY enables payment acceptance of all major debit and credit card schemes including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners, and JCB.
What if I can’t get a mobile signature?
This is a common issue for businesses especially if businesses has thick brick walls or is in a green field site! This is not a problem for FEP PAY’s experienced engineers who can enable you with ethernet cabling, WiFi, Starlink and can enable offline payment acceptance.
